Our conditioning programs are a new, fun private or group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by our teaching professional it includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. It’s a great program for everybody who is looking for a new way to get in shape and to burn calories.
All of our conditioning classes are for every level of play. We offer programs and drills for a great cardio workout and to improve tennis specific movement.

Welcome and Willkommen! My name is Rommy and I moved from Germany to Central Florida a couple of years ago. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer based in South Orlando and I believe that health and fitness are the greatest gifts you can give yourself. I gained my passion to become a personal trainer when I experienced a radical transformation in my health by committing to regular exercise. I grew up having asthma and by engaging in a daily exercise program and making small changes to my diet; I now don’t have any regular asthma symptoms anymore. Furthermore, I strengthened my immune system and reduced my cold/flu symptoms by 80%. I also feel happier and more energetic in general. Now, I cannot guarantee that exercise will cure any disease or illness, but I know that exercise can do so much to improve quality of life and health! In my opinion, individuals who engage in a regular exercise program live longer, happier, and healthier lives.
Fitness works as a natural mood enhancer and will aid in improving your emotional health.

I believe a variety of training modes produce the best results. I like to do different kind of cross training activities: running, yoga, tennis, weight training, rollerblading, swimming, hiking, etc. - so no matter what your favorite activity is, I can design a program which will enhance your overall fitness and makes you feel better and healthier.

Are you an athlete who wants to improve his/her performance? My sport specific workouts will guarantee that you perform your best within the shortest possible time.
